Zak was awesome! Not only did he pick up every time I would call him at odd hours of the night to answer all of my questions for multiple days, he also drove over an hour to have lunch with us and explain in person. It was so nice and convenient that he even set up closing to be done at our new house. Zak came highly recommended by close friends of ours that were also clients of his.  We couldn't have been happier with the incredible service he provided when we decided to cash out a refi for a new garage.  We went from my initial email to closing in a month!  The only reason it took even that long was because we went on vacation!  Zak constantly communicated throughout the entire process and was so helpful.  If you want, actual, personal service with zero hassle, and rapid answers...look no farther. Zak made the entire refinance process so fast and easy. He was able to lock in a great rate for us and we closed within about a month. He walked us through the paperwork (it was all done online) and made sure all our questions were answered.
